When Can You Start Using Baby Purees?

Typically, babies can start being introduced to solid foods from about 4 months depending on the product, although some parents wait until 6 months and beyond depending on their baby's development. The timeline differs between each child and babies rely heavily on breast milk or formula to provide them with sustenance during their first year of life.

If your little one is showing signs that they are ready to start eating solid food, such as showing independence through being able to sit up straight in a high chair and having good control over their head and neck, then stage 1 baby food purees are a good place to start.
